If a Duke-owned or personally-owned computer has been stolen, report the theft to the Duke Police Department as soon as possible.

If a Duke-owned computer with Restricted or Sensitive data on it has been lost or stolen, immediately notify the appropriate institutional IT Security Office - security@duke.edu for University computers or iso@mc.duke.edu for Duke Med, DCRI, or other Duke Health organizations.
